Helping companies optimize business processes and workflows that generate productivity gains and improve customer-facing interactions.

Have led projects from MVP bare-bone concepts to a global market launch in what became the flagship product for a major commercial construction supplier (Hilti). Delivered strategic research and UX solutions that helped operationalize new pricing capabilities across the entire merchandising organization (Home Depot).

My visual communication skills (journey mapping, service blueprinting) have proven to help teams manage complexity when scaling, coordinating, and implementing technology solutions.

 

My Design Philosophy

The purpose of design is to enrich human culture. How we work. How we access information. How we communicate. How we live.

Good design is lasting, memorable, and highly influential. Good design is good business because it’s an investment in the outcome of the buyer, client, guest, or subscriber with their set of needs front and center of the experience being crafted.

To see design as a luxury is quickly becoming an outdated view. Design is a tool for merchants to secure the trust and loyalty of their intended audience. From financial services, retailers, and SaaS platforms—design is essential in managing a company’s ever-increasing digital footprint across a wide range of channels.

My role as a designer is that of a sense-maker and a storyteller, helping teams go from idea to implementation with vision, purpose, and clarity.
